He was predeceased by : his wife Shirley J. Donnelly (Carlstrom); his parents, John Donnelly and Margaret Donnelly; and his siblings, Elizabeth McCarville, Margaret Desrosiers and John S. Donnelly, Jr..

He is survived by : his children, Paul T. Donnelly (Leah) of Lowell and Susan M. Donnelly of Boston; his brother Thomas H. Donnelly; and his son Millbury Little League. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
