She was predeceased by : her husband Michael Friedman. She is survived by : her granddaughters, Girls, Emily McRae and Kate Karathanasis; her siblings, Pamela Dewitz and Lannie Katzman; and also, Jay and Elliot. She is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, grandnieces, grand nephews and friends.

Lynn's family has asked that those who would like to honor her memory make a donation to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
