He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Ann Foley (Ellis); his son Michael E. Foley of Natick; and his parents, William P. Foley and Elizabeth T. (Connolly) of Newton, Massachusetts.. He is survived by: his children, Daniel (Diana Foley) of Milford, Audrey (Robert Egan) of Grafton and Elizabeth (Bryan Christensen) of Ashland; his daughter-in-law Janet Foley of Natick; his grandchildren, Olivia Carter, Allison Foley, Stephanie Egan, Jeffrey (Abigail Egan), Alexander, Sarah, Jason Christensen, Mark and Timothy Foley; and his great grandchild Haley Carter.
