He is survived by: his wife Katherine Santos (Katie); his children, Kaylin, Andrew, Grace and Jack; his mother Linda Hawkom (Nelson) of Chelmsford, MA; and his siblings, Bruce A Hawkom (Jessyka) of Manchester, NH and Kristin L. Francisco (John) of Franklin, MA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
