It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte S. Laven (Needham, Massachusetts), born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Jacob "Jack" Federman Laven; her sons, Michael Laven (Rita) and Charles Laven; her grandchildren, Nina and David; her great grandchild Adrian Castilloux; and her parents, Bessie Slesinger and Charlie Slesinger.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Brookline Community Foundation Scholarship Fund for the Brookline Public High School (brooklinecommunity.org/bcfschbhs).
