He was predeceased by: his parents, Purvis E. Wade and Cynthia A. Wade (Smith); and his sibling Thomas. He is survived by: his children, Stacey, Kim and Scott Wade; his grandchildren, Jake Wade, Ryan, Olivia Payne, Melina and Maddison Wade; and his brothers, Kenneth Wade and William "Billy" Wade.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, attendance at the service will be limited.
