O'Duggan (McCarthy); children, Kathleen Giuliani (Steve) of Mesa, AZ, Donna De La Cruz of Austin, TX and Carol Pavlicek; grandchildren, Amanda, Jordon, Brian, Angela, Carlie, Sarah, Emmy, Jackie and Shannon; great grandchild Ryan; and siblings, Shiela Luttazi of West Yarmouth, Brigid Nelson of Virginia Beach and Terrence O'Duggan. Donnell was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
