He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Steeves and Virginia (Henderson); his former wives, Janice (Castriotta) and Susan (Marshall); and his siblings, Cliff Steeves, Walter Steeves Jr. of Needham, Marylou Steeves of Needham and Virginia Lee McLaughlin of Franklin.
He is survived by: his sons, Jay and Jonathan; his close friend Janie Swart; his wife Russet Morrow; his grandchildren, Courtney McInerney (Tim McInerney Jr.) of Millis, Mac Steeves of Needham, Kayla Steeves of Needham, Jake Steeves (Brandi Moore) of New York City and Grace Steeves of Millis; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Ramsey Breslau of Millis; his great grandchild Andrew John "AJ" McInerney of Millis; his daughters, Janet Anderson and Karen Lindsey; and also, Donnie, Sammy and Alec Silverman. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
