He is survived by: his former wife Jane Darling Christison; his children, Rick, Chris and Tim; his wife Marian; his sons, Frederick (Karin) of Camden, Christopher (Betsy) of Thomaston and Timothy (Mary) of Waterville; his son-in-law Michael Bourque (Kendra) of Portland; his stepchildren, Marcia Holman (Gary Crimmins) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Stephen Walen (Nicki) of Lewiston, Joyce Witham (Kevin) of Reading, MA and Robert Walen (Monique) of Orlando, FL.; his grandchildren, Amanda Rector Blazek (Matthew), Matthew Rector, Samuel Rector (Kelly), Luke Rector, Sarah Wheeler (Aaron Sherkow), Nathaniel Rector (Dominique Mayo), William, Kate Bourque, Moira, Madelyn Danse, Alexander, Nicholas, Audrey Witham, Christopher, Michael Walen and Deven Blake; and his great grandchildren, Max, Annelise, Quinn, Jameson, Emelia, Brantley and Thomas.
