She was predeceased by: her parent William Welch; her wife Thomas Singleton; and her sibling John Welch. She is survived by: her parent Beulah Welch (Eisan); and her siblings, Sally Smith of Vermont and William Welch. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
