He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel H.; his spouse Elaine Lewis (Kaufman); and his sibling Alan Lewis. He is survived by: his parent Katherine Lewis (Kramer); his children, Philip K. Lewis, Elizabeth R. Lewis and Gail M. Valles (Alain); his grandchildren, Derek W. Valles, Kevin M. Valles, Jacob S. Lewis, Katherine F. Valles and Dennis C. Valles; and his siblings, Gilbert Lewis and Mark Lewis.
