He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Marisa Jaffe; his son Noah; his parents, Ellen Sirlin and Roger Sirlin; his siblings, Cliff Sirlin (Sue) and Robin Polin (Russell); his siblings-in-law, Sara Jaffe and David Ostroff; his parents-in-law, Miriam and Jerry Ballan; and his nieces and nephews, Zac, Grant, Rachel, Kayla, Hannah and Nora.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Temple Beth Shalom in Needham or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
