He is survived by : his parents, Richard Kaleba and Kathleen Kaleba (McCormick); his children, Danny, Jude, Ryan and Nora Rose; his wife Mary Cristin; and his brothers, Matt, Dan, Nick and Dave. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
