It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Isabel Dominguez (Needham, Massachusetts), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Juan Manuel Dominguez; and her children, Elizabeth Mercedes Dominguez of Saint Thomas and John Manuel Dominguez of Northampton.
