He is survived by: his stepdaughter Beth; his wife Barbara Ridge; his son Christopher (Emily); his stepdaughters, Elizabeth VanDelinder (Brian) and Emily Duggan Bonkowski; his sisters, Rosalie Anne Dahlen-Hartfield and Cary Hopwood (Walter); his siblings-in-law, Mary Piso (John) and Patrick; his daughter Miwa (Rob); his grandchildren, Ella, James, Gavin, Maeve, Amy and Lewis; and his former wife Freda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
