He is survived by: his wife June Hebert (Vachon); his children, Lee Ann Sweet (Michael) of Freetown, Diane Hebert-Farrell (Kevin) of Arlington and Mark Hebert of West Roxbury; and his grandchildren, Ryan and Hayley.
