She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph F. Matherwiez and Mary D. Matherwiez (LuPriore). She is survived by: her siblings, Joan M. Kearney (late Bernard) of Needham and Robert Matherwiez (late Barbara) of Needham; and her pet Smokey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, many friends.
