She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Patrick Martin; her stepsons, Joseph Patrick (JP), Connor and Gavin; her parents, Thom Faria and Anne Marie Faria; her sister Kaitie Faria Radley (Kyle); her parents-in-law, June Martin and Tom "Red" Martin; her aunt Eileen West; and her cousins, Paul West (Melissa) and Billy West. She was also cherished by her many brother and sister-in laws, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
In honor and memory, donations can be made in Meghan's name to the Young and Strong Program at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
