She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Harvey; her children, Wendy Grabler (Peter), Gary Katz (Linda) and Jeffrey Katz (Laura); her grandchildren, Matthew Grabler (Jessica), Allison Stein (Andrew), Jennifer Golden (Harry), Alyssa Bloch (Todd), Joshua Katz (Ashley), Andrew Katz (Julie Webb) and Jessica Kaufman (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Mia Grabler, Nate, Maya, Sadie Stein, Zoe, Sam Golden, Ellie, Sara Bloch, Leta, Ari Katz and Chloe Kaufman; and her sister Marian Ely (late Bernard).
Toward the end of her life and during the peak of covid, her kids and grandkids and great grandkids, who live all over the country, maintained a close relationship with their grandmother, Gigi, via video technology.
