He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Scully and L'Dora Scully (LeVangie); his spouse Ruth P. Scully (Bayliss); his children, Cynthia J. Forbes (Mark Forbes) and Christine H. Palmer (Scott Palmer); his grandchildren, Connor Forbes, Quinn Palmer, Caroline Forbes and Nicholas Palmer; and his siblings, Margaret Wells of Maine and Elizabeth Flack of Oklahoma. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
