He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Welch and Blanche Welch (Tuttle); his siblings, David H. Welch and Patricia A. Pryde; his nieces and nephews, Lynn A. Griffin of Walpole, Diane M. Troccoli (Peter) of East Falmouth, Donna J. Marks (George) of Ashland and Paula L. Gilberto (Michael) of Ashland; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Steven, Rebecca Marks, John, Bryan Gilberto, Carrie Kalemkeride, Gregory and Katie Troccoli; and also, Olivia and Liam Marks.
In lieu of flowers donations in Bob's name may be made to the Needham Fire Dept.
