He is survived by: his parent Mary Heavey (Maloney); his children, Ellen Volpe (Bob) of Needham, Clare Pallis Mathews (Bo) of Blackstone, Laura Gavel (Ronnie) of Walpole and Kathryn Koepenick (Sean) of Walpole; his siblings, Robert Heavey (Debby) of Natick and Michael Heavey; his wife Jane of Needham; and also, Richard Heavey (Jan) of Medfield and Jack Heavey (Susan) of Needham.
