He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Kochanek and Victoria Kochanek; and his wife Nancy Kochanek. He is survived by: his children, Suzanne Valcovic, Karen Barrett (Bob) and John Kochanek (Kara); his grandchildren, Melissa Libretta, Drew Valcovic, Nicholas Barrett and Tory Kochanek; and his great grandchildren, Ava Libretta and Brooks Barrett.
