He is survived by: his mother Marianne Rud (Ellis) of Pittsfield, MA; his wife Flavia Rose Mastellone; his daughter Ellen Rud Gentile of Houston, TX; his grandson Patton Gentile of Houston, TX; his stepchildren, Emily Mastellone-Snyder of Santa Cruz, CA and Nicholas Snyder of Pittsfield; his brother A. G. Rud of Pullman, WA; and his niece Rachel Rud.
