He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin R. Ford, Sr. and Loretta Hazard (Leewood); his stepfather George Hazard; and his stepson Joseph Canto. He is survived by: his children, Calvin R. Ford, III of Texas, Delores Mayes of Worcester, Rhonda Chapman of Worcester, Glenda Hines of California and Yvette Skeeters of No; his stepson Mark Canto of Fall River; and his siblings, Robert Hazard (Dorothy) of Florida, Steven Hazard (Carolina) of So, Leah Hazard-Robinson (Wayne) of Worcester, Jacquelyne Togba of Colorado, Joyce Jackson of Arizona and Diana Taylor (Paul) of Providence. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
