She is survived by: her parents, Jeremy E. Costa and Holly M. Costa (Hogan); her grandparents, Deborah, Peter Hogan of Halifax, Lorena and Edward Costa of New Bedford; and her great-grandparents, Evaristo Costa of New Bedford, Teresa Botelho of So and Dartmouth. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
