He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Fialho and Albertina Fialho (Vargas); his son Mario Fialho, Jr.; and his sisters, Olga Marie Viera and Maria Albertina Leal.
He is survived by: his wife Alvarina Fialho (Barbosa); his daughter Aliene Wyndham (Martin J. Wyndham III); his brothers, José Alberto Fialho and Jorge Fialho; his grandchildren, Tyler J. Tavares, Breanna M. Tavares, Makayla M. Fialho, Jacob R. Fialho and Jaden L. Tavares; and his great grandchildren, Jett R. Tavares, Avery M. Halloran and Westin T. Tavares. He is also survived by his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
