With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stacy A. Fowlie of New Bedford, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 9, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her mother Linda Richard (Paulino); her grandparent Deolinda Paulino; and her brother Lloyd. She is survived by : her father Paul Richard (Anne) of Milford, NH; her husband John Silva of New Bedford; her children, Jeffrey Fowlie, Jr. of New Bedford, Joshua Fowlie of New Bedford and Dakota Silva of New Bedford; her former life partner Jeff Fowlie of New Bedford; her mother-in-law Susan Fowlie of Fairhaven; her sister Tina Richard; her nieces and nephews, Justin, Kyra and Linda; her half-sister Caitlin Brumley; her great-nephew Adrian; and her brother Dane Richard. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with services.
