He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Wnek and Helen Wnek (Dempsey); and the mother of his children Virginia Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Dr. Nancy R. Wnek (Silva); his children, Stephen Wnek (Christine) of Olatha, KS, Jeffrey S. Wnek of Charlotte, NC, Charlotte Heisson-Murray (Stephen) of Gastonia, NC and Terry S. Wnek (Colleen) of Holbrook, MA; and his grandchildren, Cullen, Cory, Kevin, Jeremy and Cari. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
