She was predeceased by : her parents, Rocco Martellini and Maria Martellini; her husband Edmund "Andy" Dzioba; and her brother Clifford Martellini. She is survived by : her siblings, Aurelia Quinn and Eugene Martellini; and her children, Susan Cook, Sandra Lawson, Sharon Tucker, Sarah and Edmond Dzioba. She is also survived by four grandchildren and a great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Mrs. Dzioba's name to Immaculate Conception Church 42 Green St. Newburyport, MA 01950.
