He is survived by: his significant other Patricia LaPointe of Danvers; his children, Jere Duggan (Marsha) of Seabrook and Judith Hogan (Mark) of Newburyport; his grandchildren, Shayna, Kenneth, Tiffany and Gregg; and his siblings, Elisabeth Champlin and Edward Duggan. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
