He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Rugg (Hartigan) and Bernie Rugg. He is survived by: his wife Pam of Rugg's Tavern; his children, Abby Payeur, Brandon and Ally Desjardins; his sons-in-law, Ben Payeur and Richard Desjardins; and his grandsons, Max and Leo Payeur.
