She was predeceased by: her sister Cristina of North Carolina; and her pet Harvey. She is survived by: her son Michael Carr of Ipswich; her siblings, Lisa of North Carolina and John (Linda); her siblings' children, Kristen and Jennifer of Colorado; her brother-in-law Larry Roger Ammons of North Carolina; and her siblings' children, Laura Duarte of Texas, Beth Ammons and John Ammons of North Carolina.
Vicki made many contributions to social and environmental justice in general, and to the Newburyport community in particular, including her commitment to C-10, as Secretary of the ACES board, as a member of the YWCA Greater Newburyport Board and her long-term commitment to anti-racism work.
