She was predeceased by: her husband Edward A. Costa. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. James E. Costa (Dorothy) of Livermore, CA and David W. Costa; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Costa, Ryan Costa, Nicholas Costa and David Costa; and her great grandchildren, Luke Manke, Nora Manke and Caroline Costa.
In lieu of flowers, a donation at a veteran's charity of your choice in Anna's name would be appreciated.
