She was predeceased by: her spouse James N. Murphy; her sibling Joseph Doherty; and her sibling-in-law James Curtin. She is survived by: her children, Kathleen E. Dow and Kevin J. Murphy of Newton; her grandchildren, Alicia Dow and James Dow; her sisters, Blanche Curtin and Elizabeth Duddy (James); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Billett, Pauline Samsey and Barbara Williams (Arthur). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
