It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara L. Murphy in Newton, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Murphy and Ida Murphy (Peters). She is survived by: her nephew Donald Atkinson; and her siblings, Judy Bolton (Bryan) of Buxton, Richard Murphy (Carol) of Waltham, Patricia Gotsis (George) of Holliston, Barry Murphy of Framingham, Jack Murphy (Kate) of Waltham and Christine Bartlett (Scott) of Bolton. She is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, many great-nieces and nephews and her great-great grandniece.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Friends of the Plymouth Pound.
