He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louise Lown; his children, Fred, Barbara Lown, Anne Lown, Warren Green, Naomi Lown and Marvin Lewiton; his grandchildren, Melanie Lown, Zachary Lown, Emma Lown, Ariel Lewiton and Rachael Lewiton; his great grandchild Ezra Moore; and his siblings, Harold Lown, Lillian Meyers and Milton Lown.
