He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Jordan-Quern and Caroline Stinehart; and his grandparents, Albert, Katherine Jordan-Quern, Charles and Janet Stinehart. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Mass General Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit where Cooper was dearly cared for after birth. Donations in Cooper's honor can be made on the MGH website (https: //giving.massgeneral.org/donate/) and designated to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) area.
