She was predeceased by: her parents, Eastern European and Hyman DuKaten; her husband Cantor Alex Zimmer; her close friend Arthur Marcus; and her siblings, Sylvia and William.
She is survived by: her children, William Zimmer (Marsha), Michael Zimmer (Wendy Gordon), Wendy Gignoux (Henri) and LisaAnn Martin (Matthew); and her grandchildren, Emily, Joanna, Jonathan, Hannah, Ethan and Jason. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
