He is survived by: his mother Laura Murray; his grandfather Dan; his uncles, Dan (Megan Murray), Larry (Wendy Murray), Jim (Judy Destino), Joe (Diane Parisi) and David Dennis; and his cousins, Beth, Jonathan, Caitlin, Matthew, Jay, Halle, Thomas, Brenna, Joe and Jessica.

After many years of battling medical issues, Erik succumbed to the Covid 19 virus.
