He was predeceased by: his parents, Augusto Farina of Atina Italy and Marietta Farina (Rossi) of Atina Italy; his siblings, Leo, Paolo, Angelo and Livia; and his daughter Maria Cristina Farina.
He is survived by: his wife Iliana Farina (Bove); his sister Anna of Atina Italy; his children, Anthony of Newton, Juliana, Emma, Michela, Dino of Sudbury, Paula Farina Pollis of Newton, Nicole, Emily, Michael of Winchester and Disease; Andrew, Theo and Grace.
Because of his deep appreciation for their work and in lieu of flowers, Jack very much preferred that donations be made to the Parkinsons Family Support Program at the Jewish Family and Childrens Service in Waltham, MA.
