He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita Bamel (Goretsky); his children, Jonathan, Monique Bamel of Newton, David Bamel, Lisa Woodford of Newton, Susan and Jim Glickman of Needham; his grandchildren, Jonah Bamel, Danielle Pardue, Deborah Bamel, Daniel Ruben, Lisa, Marc Picardo, Lauren Bamel, Elana Glickman, Harrison Bamel and Benjamin Glickman; his brother William Bamel; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn and Stanley Becker; and his close friend Cynthia Siagel.
