He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Julia Chaletsky and Jacob Chaletsky of Boston; his wife Jeanette DeVito Chaletsky; his son Dr. David Chaletsky; his daughter-in-law Dr. Suzanne Tenser Chaletsky; his grandchildren, Katie and Jake; and his sister Marilyn Roseland. He was also cherished by several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
