He is survived by: his spouse Tuangtip; his children, Rachel and Jacob; his parents, Marlene Nussbaum and Morton Nussbaum; and his siblings, Matthew and Melissa.

Services at The Wilson Chapel, 234 Herrick Rd., Newton Centre, MA, on Thursday, December 5, 2018 at 1:00pm.Following the interment at Baker St. West Roxbury, a memorial observance will be held at his residence until 8:00pm.In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made to The National Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place W #230,, Landover, MD 20785.
