She was predeceased by: her spouse Claude Gilbert; her child Claude Edward Gilbert (Chip); her parents, Nunziata DeSantis and Donato DeSantis; her siblings, Mary DeSantis Colella and Charles Edward DeSantis; and her nephew David DeSantis (Kathleen Doyle) of Milton.
She is survived by: her brother Richard Charles Desantis Sr. (late Mary DeSantis); her sibling's children, Richard Charles DeSantis, Jr. (Miriam) of Hollis, NH, Daniel, Gisele DeSantis of Easton, MA, Nancy Nicosia (William Docken) of Nahant, MA, Charlene Colella of Venice, FL and Charles Colella of Scottsdale, Arizona.; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christina Nicosia of New Haven, CT, Rachael DeSantis of Brookline, NH, Richard C. DeSantis III (Samantha Razzaboni) of Brookline, NH and Mark Doyle of Milton, MA.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic protocols, the Burial at Newton Cemetery will be held privately.
