He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Tommy Burke; and his parents, Bertram M. White and Bernice White (Ginns). He is survived by: his former wife Diane E. Burke; his children, Zachary F. White (Sabina Vail) of Chicago and Hadara E. Madrak (John); his siblings, Lee and Laura J. White; his siblings' children, Sam White, Brittany Burke (Katie Most), Cameron Burke, Kayla Burke (Drew Hochman) and Alyssa Marie Burke; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Keefe, Bill, Leesa Burke, Joe, Brenda Burke, Terri Brooks and Mary Keefe.
