He was predeceased by: his sibling Gerry. He is survived by: his wife Patricia E. O'Leary (Savage); his children, Caitlin Marie O'Leary (Paul Phinney) of Watertown and Julie Ann Cavanaugh (Sean) of Roslindale; his siblings, Patricia "Penny" Kelleher of Manchester, NH, John, Kevin and Timothy O'Leary; and his grandchildren, Ronan, Shay, Lennon and Connor. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
