She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Heffron and Mary Heffron. She is survived by: her sister Ellie Forman of Milton, MA; and her sibling's children, Bruce, Cary Forman, Warren and Debbie Forman. She is also survived by her three nephews, their wives.
In light of the Coronavirus, a private graveside service will be held with immediate family.
