She was predeceased by: her parents, Agostino Piantedosi and Elizabeth Piantedosi (Zoello); her husband Orlando "Ollie" P. Capizzi; and her siblings, Mario Piantedosi, Rudy Piantedosi and Mary Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony P. Capizzi (Karen-Noel) of Townsend, Karen McCarthy (Richard) of Stoneham and Janet Mattos (Joseph) of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Caitlin Briggs (John) of North Carolina, Kelli Buchanan of North Carolina, Jeanna Hagan (Gregory) of Malden, Kerri Hertz (Benjamin) of Littleton, Philip Capizzi (Siobhan) of Topsfield and Erika Wright (Nicholas) of Pepperell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
