He is survived by: his daughter Robin Greenleaf (Joel Goodmonson) of Wayland, Mass.; his wife Carole; his sons, Dr. Jonathan Greenleaf (Lisa) of Lake Oswego and Steven Greenleaf (Jill) of Hopkinton, Mass.; and his grandchildren, Julia, Madison, Zachary, Caroline and Daniel.
